The Rite Bite Wellness Center is equipped to meet your total fitness needs. We provide a fully furnished facility using top of the line Cybex (Eagle) equipment.



Our concept is private one-on-one training, so there is no waiting to use equipment and you will have the full attention of our fitness experts. Our staff can create an individualized program no matter what your needs - from the beginning exerciser to the pro athlete. We also are able to provide trainers based on any number of your personal preferences - from gender specific trainers to someone who specializes in working with beginners, or even clients with specific medical conditions. We invite you to take a tour of our beautiful facility and meet with our training staff to see how we can help you accomplish your fitness and lifestyle goals.

At The Rite Bite Wellness Center we offer a few unique ways to get you in shape. If you enjoy working out with friends or family, then you should give our Small Group Training a try! Working out with someone is a great way to have friendly competitions and to motivate everyone involved into becoming a healthier person. Not to mention, this is more cost effective. Contact us to sign up for a group fitness class or to receive a copy of the schedule.

Our personal training staff includes fitness professionals with at least a bachelor’s degree in related fields such as nutrition, exercise physiology, and kinesiology. Many of our trainers specialize in sports specific training and injury awareness. From beginners to decorated athletes, the trainers at The Rite Bite Wellness Center are committed to getting you into the best shape of your life! Our trainers are also prepared to work with clients who have had an injury and provide personalized programs to help prevent other injuries from occurring!

Personal Training Programs
An initial fitness assessment will be done in order to develop a personalized fitness program. We have the knowledge and experience to make sure that your workout sessions are safe, efficient and challenging. Both individual and small group personal training sessions are available. Sports-Specific Training
We provide an individual program designed to enhance speed, agility, balance and strength within your specific sport.

Injury Prevention & Post-Rehabilitation Programs
We can design a program to accommodate your specific injury or surgical related condition. We have trainers who are exercise physiologists specializing in sports specific training and injury awareness.

Pre & Post-Natal Programs
These low impact exercises promote safety as well as a healthier baby, quicker recovery and transition back to your former self.

Travel Programs
We can adapt your program to utilize hotel gym equipment and space.

 

Group Exercise Classes
At The Rite Bite Wellness Center we offer the latest fitness trends in small group settings. Our classes are lead by highly qualified and experienced instructors in the privacy of an exclusive center. Many members choose specific classes to supplement their workouts; others may prefer to make a variety of group exercise classes as their workout. We invite you to visit our beautiful center and attend a complimentary class of your choice.


We offer many different types of classes including some of the following:

 

Athletic Conditioning-  High energy cardiovascular training geared toward all levels of fitness and athletic abilities.  This simple to follow class combines agility drills, plyometrics, jump ropes, cardiovascular drills, push ups, lunges, and more for a total body workout!

Basic Strength and Balance -  Learn basic strength training exercises using dumbbells, tubing, and other resistance equipment.  Some of the class is done seated on a chair or on a ball.  Balance exercises are included to improve coordination and confidence.

Boot Camp-  A no-nonsense military style workout that incorporates both strength and cardiovasular exercise in a motivating environment.  Guaranteed to change your body!!

BOSU Body Blast-  Alternating between cardio and strength, participants are led through a challenging, fun, and motivating workout using a BOSU for core stabilization, balance, and cardiovascular conditioning, while alternating strength conditioning using resistance tubing and dumbbells.  A complete full body blast in 45 minutes!

BOSU Pilates -  A core and body balance workout using a BOSU and floor exercises to increase flexibility, agility, and mobility.  The movements are designed to lengthen and strengthen muscles while challenging your balance and core.

Cardio Ramp - A unique cardiovascular conditioning program performed on an adjustable, inclined surface.  Ramping shapes the muscles from behind- your buttocks, hips and thighs.  Build your cardiovascular endurance and strength through a fun, lower impact, high calorie burning workout!  You will sweat! 

Dance Fusion - This class combines Latin style dance, reggae tone, hip hop and funk all in one class.  Let the high energy and exhilarating music motivate you to sweat.  This class emphasizes having fun as much as breaking a sweat.  We invite you to give it a try!

Dynamic Strength - Learn how to progress your total body strength by using heavier weights in a circuit training format.  Safe lifting techniques.  Safe lifting techniques will be instructed and practiced.  Beginning exercisers are welcomed but will be encouraged to use lighter resistance.

Meditation — Designed for the beginning meditator.  Learn gentle exercises to relax and comfort the body, breathing techniques, how to incorporate meditation into your busy lifestyle, and general principles for keeping the mind free of worry and distraction.

Nia - is a combination of the healing, the artistic, the powerful and the creative. It is a movement technique designed for every body to move in the way you were meant to move, organically and from its authentic center. Nia is an ongoing learning and experiential practice that trickles down into every aspect of life. Nia is worth the time, the attention and the energy, for all that we give to the practice of Nia will come back in energy and self awareness much greater than one can imagine. Nia is an expression of self. Nia is a cardiovascular program that uses whole-body, expressive, grounded movement, rather than repetitive jogging or lifting.

Rite Shapes- This class offers aerobic and anaerobic exercises in a circuit training format.  Circuit training involves moving from one exercise to the next with short rest periods in between.  Class is held in the gym using weight machines, free weights and other exercise equiptment in a motivating group environment!

Rock Bottom -  Take 45 minutes to strengthen, tone, and define all the muscles of your lower body- legs, hips, glutes, and thighs.  Using free weights, resistance tubing, and your own body weight as resistance, you'll reshape your lower half!

Social Dance- Come learn the basics of ballroom dancing: fox trot, merengue, salsa, swing, tango, and the waltz!  Class is taught in a light, fun atmosphere!  All couples welcome.

Step Plus -  Challenging step combinations provide a fun, high energy workout.  Some core work may be included at the end of class.  Beginners are welcome and modifications will be given.

Yoga – Designed to create a supple and relaxed body.  Emphasis is to perform the basic yoga postures or "asanas" in a comfortable and relaxed manner.

ZUMBA — Fusion of Latin and International music- dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness syste!  The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.  Zumba utilizes the principals of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning, and total body toning.  It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.
