Getting started is simple. Once you have chosen a program package that suits your needs, you will complete and submit the Rite Bite Virtual Interview that helps our staff establish a personalized nutrition plan just for you. Within 2 business days, we will send you a welcome letter with your personalized nutrition plan and further instructions. You will receive weekly emails designed to help you stay on track for the length of your program.
