For nutrition counseling and a fitness workout all in one, The Rite Bite experts have created the NE1 concept. Our group sessions will help you develop nutrition and fitness habits that will work into your busy life. Your 12 one-hour sessions will be led by registered dietitians (RD) with a fitness background— your personal NE1 Coach. Learn about proper nutrition and the importance of physical fitness. With NE1 you can expect to enjoy all the benefits of our signature Healthy Balance lifestyle program while adding in a weekly full-body workout.
Cardio/Warm-Up – For the first 30 minutes while you are warming up and getting your cardiovascular conditioning on our state-of-the-art cardio equipment, the NE1 Coach is meeting individually with each participant to review food records and nutrition goals.
Resistance Training Workout – The next 20 minutes your NE1 Coach will lead your group through a strength training workout designed to increase muscular strength and endurance and burn calories. You will work all the major muscle groups including chest, back, glutes, quads, hamstrings, and abs! Since our RD’s are also trained in the field of fitness, they know how to modify the moves to meet you where you are and maximize the benefits you’ll gain from the group workout.
Cool-Down, Stretch, & Goal-Setting – During the last ten minutes of class, you will lower your heart rate with gentle exercises and stretches. You will set goals to work on for the next week to improve your nutrition and fitness and be provided with the opportunity to share your goals with the group.
