Class Descriptions

 

20/20/20: The class is broken up into three different segments.  Each class will consist of 20 minutes of Cardio, strength, and core/stretching.  The cardio section may include ramp, spin, dance, kickboxing, or hi-low. If you are somebody that likes variety, then you will love the spontaneity of this class. Open to all fitness levels.

 

30/30/30: This is an extended version of the 20/20/20 class.  This is for anyone that wants a little extra push in their daily routines. 

Bootcamp:  A popular interval class that mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. These boot camps are designed in a way to be different all the time, and push our participants harder than they would push themselves. We want to keep you guessing and challenge you differently every class!

Candle Light Yoga: Relax and Unwind from a busy day. This class is focused on melting away tension with a gentle healing practice. Increase your sense of calm and peacefulness. It is recommended that you bring a cotton blanket along with your yoga mat. Appropriate for all levels of practice.

WERQ: Is the fiercely fun dance fitness class based on pop, rock, and hip hop music. The WERQ warm up previews the dance steps used in class and the WERQ cool down includes balance and yoga-inspired poses. Come ready to have fun, sweat and not realize you are working out

FIT : “Fun Intense Training”: There’s nothing quite as satisfying as pushing yourself to your limits and learning that you’re able to go further than you ever thought possible. The best thing about this class is that we help you achieve all of that without you even realizing it because you are having so much fun!

Ramp & Tone: Cardio class done on an inclined step. Ramping shapes the glutes, hips and thighs. Join this fun, low impact, calorie blasting workout!

Power Yoga: A more vigorous approach to yoga with an emphasis on strength and flexibility great for those looking for a more athletic yoga practice."Flow" between postures and work up a sweat!

Spinning: Pedal through this indoor cycling class that will sculpt muscles and generate major sweat. Your instructor will lead you through a mix of drills, hills and sprints with motivational music and instruction. Easily modify the intensity with the turn of a dial.    

                                                                                                          

Spin & Core: Take your spin class to the next level by adding a killer core workout.  Give the legs a break and focus on the burn from the core muscles.  Spin for 45 mins with a 15 min killer abdominal workout.

 

Sunrise Yoga: Start your day with this inspiring mind/body workout. Flowing, classic yoga poses, breath work, and an active meditation will leave you ready to start your day.

TRX 20/20/20: Similar to the format of 20/20/20 .The cardio section can be done with the TRX, spinning, or bodyweight exercise.  Get ready to use the TRX to work up a sweat while building body and core strength. 

TRX & BOSU: Safely perform exercises that build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries, all at the intensity you choose. The BOSU will focus on strengthening balance and core.  The energy is high from participants taking this class!                                                                                                                                            

TRX/Kettlebell: Break away from the typical fat burning methods of cardio, interval training by combining kettlebells with a TRX suspension trainer
